Professor Kinsinger is an expert in business intelligence, global region-specific security issues and U.S. foreign policy in the Middle East, South Asia and other regions. He is a clinical professor of business intelligence at Thunderbird School of Global Management and is the managing consultant for the Thunderbird Learning Consulting Network. Before joining the Thunderbird faculty in 1995, Kinsinger spent two decades as an intelligence officer with the Directorate of Intelligence in the CIA. He served in many intelligence-gathering capacities, including political and military analyst, branch chief in India and Iran-Iraq, executive assistant to the director and deputy director, deputy chief of the South American-Caribbean Division, and chief of the Africa Division. From 1982 to 1985, he was a staff member and daily intelligence briefer to several senior National Security Council members of the Reagan Administration. Jan Brewer and allows the state to offer Thunderbird license plates to drivers in Arizona. The vanity plates are similar to those currently offered for other universities and non-profit organizations, and was a project set forth by T-bird alumni Vishal Baijal '08 and Aram Chavez '08.
