At Thunderbird, you don't just learn global business. You live it.
Long before graduation, you can put the skills and theories taught in our classrooms into hands-on, real-world practice in locations around the globe. You can polish your cross-cultural relations aptitude by interacting with peers and professionals worldwide. You can use your entrepreneurial spirit and your management prowess to develop solutions for global organizations and communities. It’s experiential learning with exponential impact.
Thunderbird brings the world into your classroom and your classroom into the world through a suite* of global study opportunities in locations around the globe:
Winterims/Summerims

Engage with a team of fellow T-birds for a six-week, on-location consulting engagement with a client in an emerging market. A competitive application and selection process is involved.
Thunderbird's summer language programs pair two weeks of intensive language courses on our Arizona campus with six weeks of immersive language and culture experiences in the countries where these languages of modern global business are spoken.
