Through the 43.5 Credit-hour curriculum of the program, you’ll learn from a blended format. Face-to-face seminars, live classes that are held every other weekend (Friday afternoon and all day Saturday) delivered via satellite and local tutors for onsite case discussions are all used to bring you a world-class education. Discussion groups and other asynchronous Web-based interaction also occur throughout each term. The 22-month program curriculum is delivered in lock-step sequence, meaning the students progress together through the program, taking courses in a prescribed order.

The most important objective of the Global MBA for Latin American Managers is to develop high potential individuals to meet the new management needs of international companies and institutions. With the Global MBA, students will develop:

  • An international business strategic vision.
  • New management and leadership skills.
  • An analytical vision of the global business management scenarios through case studies.
  • Effective cross-cultural communication abilities for the business environment.
  • Effective tools for international negotiation and interaction with other cultures, focusing on the Latin American business issues.
  • High level of interaction through virtual technologies.

Global MBA students are working professionals who understand the importance of moving forward with their careers while continuing to learn and develop in today’s global business environment without giving up their job or family obligations. Also, it is important to mention that effective global managers must speak fluent English, therefore all classes in the program are taught in English.
