Welcome to the home page for the Global Leadership and Organizational Behavior Effectiveness (GLOBE) Research Project. GLOBE is a multi-phase, multi-method project in which investigators spanning the world are examining the inter-relationships between societal culture, organizational culture, and organizational leadership. Approximately, one hundred seventy social scientists and management scholars from 61 cultures/countries representing all major regions throughout the world are engaged in this long-term programmatic series of cross-cultural leadership studies. The purpose of this page is to provide general background information about the project and to distribute manuscripts published by GLOBE and the GLOBE community.

GLOBE was recognized at the 2007 Academy of Management meeting in Philadelphia.
