You're Invited |
It is often beneficial to conduct an information session for students to learn more about your company and the positions you have available. Sessions can be open to all students or by invitation only, and can include a catered reception.
Thunderbird encourages you to post open positions through Thunderbird's GlobalConnect campus recruiting system anywhere from two weeks to three months in advance of your visit. Students interested in speaking with you will apply by submitting a résumé directly to your job posting.
After you've posted your open position and begin to identify prospective candidates, use the GlobalConnect system to request an interview date in the Thunderbird Career Management Center (CMC), and then invite students to schedule an interview. Use our sample interview schedules to help you plan. On the day of interviews, our Employer Relations staff helps you prepare to ensure your visit is pleasant and productive.
At Thunderbird, you can reserve 100 percent of your interview schedule for invited students only. Thunderbird does not observe the practice of a bid system, so your day is free for candidates of your choosing.
GlobalConnect's all-in-one campus recruiting management system makes the interview process fast and easy, with job posting, résumé collection, student selection and notifications completely automated. As an additional convenience, we can complete these steps for you.
The Thunderbird recruiting calendar fills quickly, so it's wise to schedule your campus visit well in advance. Sign in to GlobalConnect to request dates. To ensure your visit is successful and you are fully prepared for your day, Thunderbird's Employer Relations staff can discuss your visit ahead of time, help arrange facilities, recommend transportation and provide hotel information.
