- Build a high-performance project team culture
- Motivate "difficult" project team members
- Accelerate projects and achieve stand-alone interim benefits
- Become culturally "bilingual" to bridge cultural differences
- Manage risks proactively
- Create a lifetime contact list while sharing project leadership
best practices and experiences with diverse program participants.
"Participating in Leading Global Projects for Strategic Results has
improved my effectiveness in leading Global Projects. Readings before
the program expanded and challenged my understanding of project management.
While attending the three day session I had the opportunity to meet
others who were involved in a multitude of industries and who shared
their insights while providing me input on the tasks I was working
with. The instructors brought the best of the theoretical and practical
world together and in a very collaborative environment dialogued with
us on issues that we deal with on a daily basis. The instructors were
very professional and provided real time feedback on our in class
comments while our peers in the class provided a chance to get feedback
from activities and exercises during each session. I bring back to
my workplace new ideas and results proven strategies that will help
me accelerate the objectives I am supporting."
