Admission Requirements

Admission is selective and based on professional achievement and level of responsibility. While there is no formal education prerequisites, proficiency in written and spoken English is essential. Enrollment preference will be given to family business teams that represent multiple generations. Applicants unable to bring other family members will be considered for admission as space permits.

Who Should Attend?

Key participants in the family business who would benefit from attendance include:

Top family business leaders (CEO, COO, President, CFO) and their spouses, relatives of the founder or current generation, key non-family managers of the company, board members and shareholders or trustees. Family members from families in business in many different countries will be in attendance. Firms in attendance also represent a variety of industries and a rich mix of generations.

Due to the nature of this program, you are strongly encouraged to enroll at least two members of your family enterprise. Team attendance will enhance successful application and implementation of the concepts and skills learned on returning to the company.
