Section Sponsorship is available on a per-issue basis for $450.
Additionally, a year’s placement in the TPEC Quarterly can be purchased for $1,500.
In Other News sponsorship positions are also available on a per-issue basis for $300.
In addition to the sections, calendar positions can be sponsored for $300 to be used to highlight your upcoming event. The calendar will allow you to advertise your event in the TPEC Quarterly Newsletter in addition to being posted on the TPEC Calendar website.
We can only allow two (2) sponsors for each Quarterly publication. This is meant to maximize the benefits of the slots. As a consequence, there is a high demand for this opportunity.

It is the sponsor’s responsibility to provide ad materials that are designed and forwarded in accordance with our production requirements/schedules. We will use ad materials in the original format which they were received and cannot accept responsibility for materials that are not in correct form, have been sent after the material close or to the wrong address.
The publisher (TPEC) reserves the right to withdraw any ad that does not meet the publication’s content or specification requirements. We will attempt to reschedule you in a future edition of the publication, the timing of which is based on the sole discretion of the publisher. Although Thunderbird will attempt to accommodate time sensitive advertisements, the publisher reserves the right to change the date of publication.
All requests to cancel/reschedule sponsorship must be confirmed in writing by your sponsor representative and must be handled prior to the space reservation deadline of the issue in question for standard placement. Cancellation requests must be handled 14 days prior to space reservation deadline of the issue in question. It is the sponsor’s responsibility to follow the schedule for critical deadlines.
