The Global Financial Services Office was created with the intent to provide relevant financial services information for those in the Thunderbird community.


Objectives

Below are the objectives of the Office:

  • Create and disseminate new knowledge about global financial services developments
  • Prepare future global leaders for all aspects of the financial services industry
  • Provide solutions to companies and institutions facing global financial challenges and risks

This goal will be accomplished by the Thunderbird Global Financial Services Office pursuing the following activities:

  • Engage and involve experts in the financial services industry by providing current issue surveys, seminars, and conferences related to contemporary problems and issues
  • Pursue and deliver strategic intelligence reports on and for the financial services industry
  • Respond to and satisfy the interests and concerns faced by senior managers and executives, and focus on leadership and strategy in global financial services management, global wealth management, foreign exchange risk management, and global fixed income management
