On and Off campus Winterim and Summerim Program

It begins in the classroom with instructors who have firsthand, in-country experience consulting, conducting research and advising multinational organizations on the complexities of international business. Your classes are taught by Ph.D.’s from around the world – professors with real-world, multinational business experience.

These experts have lived the subject matter and worked in the field. Your courses reflect their international expertise – each class you take, each project you manage is an ongoing experience in global diversity.

And what starts with instruction evolves into a microcosm of global business exposure because your classmates are multilingual students from dozens of countries. Professionals with business experience from different cultures.

Classroom projects provide face-to-face interaction with your peers whose culture, language and business protocols differ from yours. You learn from them. They learn from you.

Your classes, discussions and projects are presented through a global lens. So each class is a multi-cultural learning laboratory. It’s what makes your Post MBA degree so valuable.

But your experience doesn’t stop there. Outside the classroom, your social interactions are equally international. Whether you select a session in South Africa, Asia, Europe or the U.S., your Thunderbird experience becomes truly global when you’ve participated in a Winterim or Interim; an on-the-ground interaction with local businesses operating and facing their own global challenges.
