After researching several other programs, the Master of Science program resonated best with my personal and professional goals. As a recent graduate from a Liberal Arts university, I was looking for an opportunity to transition into the business world. In addition to receiving a world-class education, I have the pleasure of getting to know individuals from all walks of life and from every part of the globe, which has already been an amazing experience.

Why Thunderbird?
I originally chose Thunderbird because it was the best business school in the world to offer a part-time program (Global MBA On-Demand) that I could access in Southern California, where I was working. But then I realized what an amazing culture I had been allowed access to. At Thunderbird, we study a lot about cross- and multi-culturalism, but the best part about the school is how it has its own unique culture. You know pretty quickly whether you’re a Thunderbird after meeting a couple of them or strolling the campus. When I came to Glendale for my On-Demand orientation, I realized I had found a new home and a new family …quot; so much so that I was willing to abandon my real home and my real family in Southern California to come to Thunderbird (and the desert) full-time!

After interacting with a few professors and students, not only did I feel understood for my international disposition and thirst for diversity, but I knew Thunderbird would offer me the best education in international business. The richness and vibrancy of the different cultures permeated through the campus and spurred class discussions. Since that weekend, I was hooked.

Experiencing the Thunderbird "mystique" made me realize that the true value of a Thunderbird degree lies in the relationships made and life lessons learned from alumni, faculty and classmates alike.
