Consists of two single-level buildings and has 52 private rooms. Each suite has two bedrooms with a shared entrance and a shared bath. Between the buildings is a grassy area with barbecue grills and picnic tables that make a nice place to relax or study. Nearby facilities include mail services, the Global Market, Thundershop, the Computer Center , the Commons, laundry facilities and parking.

Surround the outdoor pool and patio area, called "The Fish" because of its shape. Smoking is not permitted in these halls. Halls A and B contain 56 private rooms arranged in 28 two-bedroom suites, each with a shared bath. The rooms have built-in furniture, extra long single beds, and private entrances. Laundry facilities are located on the lower level and lounges are located centrally on the upper level. There is no charge for cable TV, and computer connections are available. Please be aware that rooms facing the swimming pool may be subject to more noise than others. Rooms accessible to the physically challenged are available, but the second level is accessible by outside stairs only.

Centrally located near the athletic fields, Pub, tennis courts, IBIC (library), parking, laundry facilities, Sobo Lounge and the School's main entrance. This two-story complex houses 46 suites consisting of two bedrooms, a shared entrance and a shared bath. The courtyard of this complex, or "quad" area, features barbecue grills and picnic tables. The second floor is accessible by stairs only.
