Take advantage of the many opportunities available as a Thunderbird MBA to connect with employers, expand your professional network and enhance your career options. There are a variety of ways to connect with Thunderbird's recruiting partners — on campus and online — to realize your career search success.

Employer Connections

Company Information Sessions

Gain insight into specific companies and industry developments. The CMC brings organizations on campus who know, recognize and seek the skills, experience and global focus that sets Thunderbird students apart. Information sessions, scheduled regularly throughout the year, educate you about the global developments and opportunities at these companies. When authorized by the presenting company, these sessions are recorded for later online viewing on the CMC's career management homepage.

Employer Job Postings

Post your résumé and cover letters to jobs listed on Thunderbird's proprietary GlobalConnect career management portal so employers can contact you to set up your interview on or off campus.

Thunderbird Résumé Book

During your first two trimesters, you will have an opportunity to post your résumé to the Thunderbird Résumé Book on MBAFocus, increasing your visibility to highly desirable companies who recruit exclusively from this resource.

National Career Conferences

National conferences provide a great opportunity to interface with recruiters, and are widely attended by Thunderbird student groups. From NBMBAA (National Black MBA Association), NSHMBA (National Society of Hispanic MBAs), NAWMBA (National Association of Women MBAs), Net Impact conferences and more, travel with your fellow students across the nation to meet with recruiters from hundreds of organizations.
