EARLY APPLICATION INCENTIVE FOR 2011

This year, Thunderbird is offering a $3,500 tuition credit for those who submit their application (online forms and supporting academic documents) by April 30, 2011. This credit may be used in one of three ways:

  • For commuters: Apply the $3,500 credit toward your housing expenses at Thunderbird's on-campus Executive Inn during the program.
  • For everyone: Apply the $3,500 credit toward travel costs incurred for your three overseas trips. Book through the school's travel agency, Omega Travel.
  • For those studying language: Apply the $3,500 credit towards your Thunderbird foreign language course.

Tuition and Fees

Executive MBA-US tuition includes books and materials, as well as housing and some meals during the mandatory residential sessions and international trips. It does not cover the airfare for the study abroad trips, travel visas, the optional language program, nor the meals or lodging on regular class weekends.
Tuition for the optional second language program is $6,000. This includes course tuition, books and materials, housing and some meals during the immersion program.

Tuition inclusions:

  • All academic fees for the 49-credit program
  • Staff support during class weekends and residencies
  • All textbooks, cases and academic materials
  • Professional Leadership Development (assessment, 360 feedback, etc.)
  • Thunderbird International Business Information Centre (IBIC) Online Library, databases and journal resources
  • Special events (guest speakers, alumni receptions, group dinners, etc)
  • Hotel accommodation and some meals for the three, required overseas one-week residency modules
  • Hotel accommodation and some meals for the two, on-campus 10-day residency modules
  • Thunderbird Career Management Center support
  • Graduation ceremony and formal reception
