To drive truly sustainable business growth, today's global leaders need not only world-class management practices, but also cross-cultural communication and negotiation skills, the ability to adapt quickly to changing environments and a keen understanding of the political and economic factors that shape the global business landscape. Thunderbird’s Executive MBA-Europe program in Geneva develops these skills in convenient format for busy working professionals from across Europe and the Middle East. The program design includes:
An optional Executive Certificate in International Economic Relations from Thunderbird's partner school, the Graduate Institute of International & Development Studies (The Graduate Institute | Geneva)
The common bond among Thunderbird students and alumni is a global mindset and a sense of global citizenship. There is a remarkable diversity within each cohort, providing powerful networking and learning opportunities. Like many of our alumni, Executive MBA participants are often positioned in expatriate assignments, or have previously worked in cross-border initiatives, while others are seeking the Executive MBA in Europe experience in order to open doors to global career opportunities.
