Thunderbird’s Master of Global Management degree, while sharing many elements of a traditional business education, offers a more specialized international focus for careers in global leadership. Along with accounting, marketing, finance and core business competencies, Thunderbird’s MGM degree offers training in global management strategies and the cultural nuances affecting business in specific regions of the world.

With a format designed for busy professionals, Thunderbird’s Executive MGM allows you to balance work, personal and academic responsibilities while you “collaborate to graduate” with cohort peers from around the globe. You will realize ROI from day one as you study real-world cases, learn from the best practices of professors and cohort members and even address your own professional challenges in class.
