I am completing a project on offshoring of knowledge work and another on knowledge transfer between China and India.

I am an active member of the GDW (Globally Distributed Work) Consortium.

I am an active member of the Global Mindset Project research consortium.

I am completing a book on Sustainable Development Strategies.

I am invloved in the earely stages of a project focusing on the management of innovation in China.

Best International Human Resource Management Consortium. I am a co-principal investigator on this longitudinal project benchmarking global human resource management practices in over 30 countries.

I am exploring the role of training and development in the strategic alignment of human resources in technology intensive off-shore manufacturing.
