Think Strategically to Support Global Initiatives

The purpose of this course is to encourage you to think strategically, from a leadership perspective, about undertaking new global initiatives. It explains the strategic planning process and defines the global organization. It addresses the decision-making process that supports the questions of whether, and how, to enter or expand into the global marketplace. This course also presents structural alternatives for a global organization, and it addresses leading the global transition.
