Learn Best Practices in Manufacturing Processes and Methods

Regardless of your current position and responsibilities, your role in this learning process is to act as an analyst of global manufacturing and quality excellence within your own company and of other companies, such as your competitors. Therefore, terms such as manager and leader are used interchangeably throughout this course.

The goal of this course, Global Manufacturing Essentials, is to increase your understanding of best practices in manufacturing processes and methods.
