Creating Value through Global Strategy

This executive professional development opportunity helps business managers broaden their strategic leadership skills by analyzing the best practices of global corporations in an array of industries. The short-format design of this classroom-based executive leadership program allows managers to participate in a premier corporate training program that teaches global strategy skills without a long-term educational commitment.
History reveals that the most successful companies understand their corporate pasts, their corporate values. They also understand their stakeholders, know what the market wants, listen to customers and develop products that even the customer hasn’t yet imagined. You’ll develop this same skill set, using practical, contemporary tools gleaned from this course.
Newly reformatted, this program features forums for faculty to personally consult on participants’ company challenges. For companies sending two participants, a complimentary video consultation will be provided (post program, led by a Thunderbird faculty member). Companies sending three or more participants will receive a complementary half day in person consultation on day three with a Thunderbird faculty member.* Faculty will be selected by Thunderbird Executive Education based on the industry and needs of the organization.

Day 2: How to execute strategic plans and manage staff, communication and roadblocks
* Optional Day 3: Personal team strategy session with Thunderbird faculty
