Dr. Mansour Javidan is the Garvin Distinguished Professor and founding director of the Najafi Global Mindset Institute at Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is the past president and CEO of the GLOBE Foundation and a co-principal investigator of the GLOBE research program. Since 2005 he has spearheaded the Global Mindset Project of which a major outcome is the Global Mindset Inventory. More than 6,000 individuals have completed the GMI in many countries worldwide.

A former faculty member of the Stanford Business School for 12 years (in addition to having held faculty positions at Harvard, Northwestern, Rice, and UC Berkeley), Dr. Lynn Phillips, founder and principal of Reinventures, is known for his work in helping business teams across the globe to choose a winning customer value proposition (CVP), and then execute a designed value delivery system (VDS) to deliver that CVP profitably.
