Leading Teams for Strategic Results addresses three essential skills (strategic project management, project leadership, and cross-cultural leadership) and is designed to teach participants how to lead as both a strategist and a tactician, to influence and motivate across functions, companies and country cultures, and to help participants learn to uncover and leverage differences within diverse project teams.
