The AMP is Thunderbird's flagship program in the Oil and Gas Sector. It is considered a gold standard in the industry and is a rigorous two-week program designed for upper-middle to very senior executives. The program deals with globalization challenges in the oil and gas industry and delves into globalization issues such as restructuring and consolidation, joint ventures and alliances, new market entry into politically unstable geographies, managing multiple global projects and partners.
