Easily recruit Thunderbird students and alumni.
- Provide the job or internship position description.
- Complete the online job posting form, selecting the close date that best fits your needs.
- Collect and review résumés of Thunderbird candidates. You can request that candidates apply through the school's intranet, your Web site, or both.* If Thunderbird collects résumés, you will receive them the day after your posting closes.
- Determine which candidates you would like to interview.
- Conduct interviews during a pre-set campus visit or by using video conferencing.
