Easily recruit Thunderbird students and alumni.

  1. Provide the job or internship position description.
  2. Complete the online job posting form, selecting the close date that best fits your needs.
  3. Collect and review résumés of Thunderbird candidates. You can request that candidates apply through the school's intranet, your Web site, or both.* If Thunderbird collects résumés, you will receive them the day after your posting closes.
  4. Determine which candidates you would like to interview.
  5. Conduct interviews during a pre-set campus visit or by using video conferencing.
