Hiring Thunderbirds
Visiting Campus

You're Invited

Visit the Thunderbird campus throughout the year to meet with students and conduct interviews for full-time and internship positions.

Company Presentations

It is often beneficial to conduct an information meeting for students to learn more about your company and the positions you have available. Meetings can be open to all students or by invitation only, and can include a catered reception.

Thunderbird encourages you to post open positions with the Career Management Center anywhere from two weeks to three months in advance of your visit. Students interested in speaking with you will 'apply' by submitting a résumé. The Career Management Center will forward those résumés to you prior to your visit so you can make your interviewee selections.

Interviewing

After you've posted your open position and begin to identify prospective candidates, reserve a date to interview them in the Thunderbird Career Management Center (CMC). Use our sample interview schedules to help you plan your day. Once you've finalized your candidate list, our Employer Relations staff helps you prepare to ensure your visit is pleasant and productive.

At Thunderbird, you can reserve 100 percent of your interview schedule for invited students only. Thunderbird job posting, résumé collection, student selection and notifications are all completely automated to make the interview process faster and easier for you. As an additional convenience, we can complete the steps for you.

Scheduling Your Visit

The Thunderbird recruiting calendar fills quickly, so it's wise to contact the Career Management Center well in advance to schedule your campus visit. Use our campus visit form to help you organize all your recruiting activities. To ensure your visit is successful and you are fully prepared for your day, Thunderbird's Employer Relations staff can discuss your visit ahead of time, help arrange facilities, recommend transportation and provide hotel information.
