Facilitated Programs
In Thunderbird's facilitated programs, faculty leaders guide participants through intensive, interactive learning experiences. Each program contains six one-week modules and is a highly interactive learning environment which includes flash animation, video, audio, text, discussions and postings, and Web-resource links, all designefd with multiple learning styles in mind.
Participants spend four to six hours per week engaged in learning and peer interaction. Measurement tools allow participants, facilitators and companie sto gauge the effectiveness of the learning experience.
Independent Study Online Programs
Thunderbird offers independent study online programs featuring some of the same key benefits as our facilitated programs, including 24-hour secure web-based access around the world, a highly-interactive learning environment, and Thunderbird-quality content.
The unique aspects of our independent study programs include self-paced learning, programs of one to three weeks in length, and participants spend approximately three hours per week engaged in learning.
Blended Approach
Thunderbird's e-learning programs are designed to be flexible and modular, and can be custom-blended with traditional classroom-based programs to achieve maximum learning flexibility and cost-effectiveness. |
