Thunderbird to host grad fair for nonprofit and public service sector professionals in Tempe Oct. 13

Thunderbird School of Global Management will host Idealist.org’s Graduate Degree Fair for the Public Good at 5 p.m. Tuesday, Oct. 13 at The Buttes in Tempe, Ariz. The fair is dedicated to serving midcareer, new and aspiring professionals in the nonprofit and public service sectors and is free and open to the public.

The fair, supported by the Young Nonprofit Professionals Phoenix, will help young professionals engage in mentored professional development and explore their desire to contribute to the public good. Graduate degrees represented include public administration, public policy, education, social work, management and more.

Attendees at the fair can meet with representatives from Thunderbird and any of the more than 50 social impact graduate programs from all over the world. There also will be question-and-answer sessions where attendees can interact with a panel of admissions professionals.

Idealist.org Graduate Degree Fairs are held throughout the United States and Canada every year and have helped connect more than 24,000 young professionals in more than 600 graduate programs since 2004.
