Year-round guest lodging is available at the Executive Inn for executives, alumni, recruiters, family members and other individuals who wish to stay on campus.


Executive Inn - Conference Facilities

State-of-the-art conference facilities and a variety of other premier services make it the ideal location for training sessions, seminars, planning retreats and other educational or cultural programs. Corporate and non-profit groups appreciate the courteous professional service, clean comfortable accommodations, delicious food and modern educational facilities.

In-Room Features

The Executive Inn has 134 guestrooms, renovated Summer of 2006 designed for comfort and convenience. Each room features:

  • One queen or king bed and private bath.
  • Desk, laptop computer port, free high-speed Internet access and private phone service with voicemail.
  • Free local calls and AT&T in-room long distance service (for a fee).
  • Coffee maker, refrigerator, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.
  • Cable TV.
  • Towels, linens and daily housekeeping.
  • Smoke detectors and electronic card-key entry systems.

Same-day laundry service, safe deposit boxes, fax and copy services are available on request. A self-service laundry is conveniently located on campus. All rooms are nonsmoking and pets are not allowed. Additional accommodations can be made for special needs.

Conference Facilities

The Thunderbird campus features a variety of state-of-the-art facilities that can accommodate groups ranging from two to 250 individuals. Among these are:

  • Five tiered classrooms
  • 30 breakout rooms
  • Three lecture halls
  • AT&T Auditorium
  • Thunderbird Activity Center (TAC)
  • Conference rooms
  • Technology including: audio/visual equipment, video conferencing, high-speed Internet access, printer ports, laptop data ports
  • On-site catering (certain refreshments prohibited in select rooms because of technological considerations).

Location & Directions

The Thunderbird Executive Inn is located on the NW corner of the Thunderbird campus in NW Phoenix. Directions from Sky Harbor International Airport:

  • Drive west on E. Sky Harbor Boulevard toward Terminal 3.
  • Take the I-10 West/US-60 West ramp.
  • Merge onto I-10 W.
  • Take I-17 South/I-17 North exit.
  • Take I-17 North exit.
  • Merge onto I-17 N.
  • Exit at W. Greenway Rd.
  • Turn left onto W. Greenway Rd.
  • Turn left onto campus at 57th Ave.
  • Once on campus make first right and follow to the stop sign.
  • Turn right at stop sign.
  • Follow the road as it turns to the left. The Executive Inn is on the left.

Guest room rates and conference facility fees vary depending on time of year, group size, catering needs and technology requirements.

American Express®, MasterCard®, Visa® and Discover® are accepted. Facilities are subject to availability. Rates are subject to change.
