Convocation Ceremony

Programs graduating:
MGM, MAGAM, OMGM & EMGM

 Open to all students, friends, family and Thunderbird Community with a valid ticket.

Safety & security

To ensure everyone’s safety, Thunderbird’s security staff will be performing bag checks at each main entrance. All bags are subject to search and bags larger than a purse or small tote (luggage) will not be permitted inside the venue. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.

Flowers

Celebrate your graduate’s accomplishment with flowers. Floral arrangements are available for sale prior to the start of convocation ceremonies - or you can order a custom arrangement in advance from https://www.commencementflowers.org/thunderbirdglobal.

Transportation for Graduates

Transportation will be provided for graduates from Thunderbird’s campus to the ASU Graduates Commencement ceremony on Monday, Dec. 12. The ceremony begins at 1:30 p.m. and the bus will depart at 11:30 a.m. and will return to the Thunderbird Event Center immediately following the ceremony in preparation for Thunderbird’s Convocation Ceremony. Students are encouraged to take the transportation and flag bearers are highly encouraged to take the transportation in order to return to Thunderbird is the most efficient manner. Reservations for a seat on the transportation will be available via the MarchingOrder registration link that is sent to students in September.
