Tenure Track Assistant or Associate Professor of Organizational Behavior

Thunderbird School of Global Management invites applications for an advanced assistant or associate professor of organizational behavior faculty position to begin Fall 2014 or after.


The individual filling this position will deliver courses in organizational behavior, and candidates with a specialization in either leadership or consulting preferred.  The faculty member selected for the position will be expected to teach courses at the graduate level and conduct research publishable in top academic and practitioner-oriented journals.


Thunderbird seeks individuals who have experience working with a diverse student body in graduate and executive level programs, degree and non-degree, and who have an interest in working with a variety of teaching and curricular methods including online education and overseas module delivery. Requirements include a Ph.D. in organizational behavior or a related field, from an accredited institution and a strong, demonstrated commitment to teaching and research in international business. Preference will be given to candidates currently serving at the associate professor level who have an established record of publishing in top journals and a strong teaching record.
