INFORMATION SESSION

  • Videoconferencing
    Use your organization’s videoconferencing capabilities to deliver your company information session. Thunderbird’s Distance Learning Center allows students to watch your information session and participate in a Q&A. Videoconference sessions are limited to 60 students and are ideal for high interaction and high impact. Satellite-based sessions can also be conducted.

  • Thunderbird Virtual Campus Powered by MBA-Exchange.com
    With Thunderbird’s Virtual Campus, you can present information about your organization and engage with students from all of Thunderbird’s academic programs and locations, including those who may be studying abroad. There is no software to download or equipment to purchase, and preparing information sessions is easy. Simply upload your PowerPoint before the webcast and host your session using the user-friendly navigation features. Virtual Campus allows you to see the images and information of participating students so you can learn more about potential candidates during and after your presentation. Q&A can also be facilitated via spoken or typed message.

    Audience Unlimited audience across degree programs: Full-time MBA, MA, MS, Executive MBA and distance-learning Global MBA programs
    Cost $400/session
    Technical Requirements Internet connection and computer microphone or telephone line

INTERVIEWING

  • Telephone Interviews
    Interview Thunderbird talent without leaving your office. You can be assured of professional telephone interviews conducted in one of Thunderbird’s telephone interview rooms.

  • Virtual Interviews
    If you prefer to interview candidates via Skype™ or similar video call applications, Thunderbird can facilitate webcam interview resources on your behalf.
