Your partnership with the Career Management Center (CMC) starts when you meet your CMC career advisor. Once established, your relationship continues throughout your Thunderbird experience.

You participate in a free, non-credit, strategic career planning and job search seminar during your first trimester. This course provides the guidance you need for a successful job search, and is required for access to career tools and services.

Professional Development Week

In October the Thunderbird Career Management Center hosts a week of career-related activities for students and recruiters. Included are career workshops to give you more insight into the various industries that hire MBAs, and a Career Fair where Thunderbird hosts around 50 employers each year
