The Queen Rania Global Leader Scholarship, offered by Thunderbird School of Global Management, is awarded annually to one Jordanian business leader interested in pursuing an MBA in Global Management.

As part of Her Majesty Queen Rania’s efforts to enhance educational opportunities for Jordanian women leaders, Thunderbird School of Global Management is proud to offer the Queen Rania Global Leader Scholarship. Benefits

The scholarship covers 100% of the tuition full course of study of a Traditional MBA in Global Management - the world's top ranked school for International Management. The normal period of study is 18-24 months.  Additional expenses such as books and living costs are the responsibility of the scholarship recipient.  

Application

  • Interested applicants must meet the entry requirements of Thunderbird School of Global Management. MBA candidates must have a minimum of two years work experience.
  • Applicants must complete the standard Thunderbird application process.
  • In addition, applicants for the Queen Rania Scholarship must submit a 500-750 word essay on how they intend to use their education to make a positive contribution to their nation, region and/or the world community.
  • Thunderbird will choose up to three candidates from the list of applicants, and a Jordanian Selection Committee will recommend the final scholarship recipient.
  • Deadline for applications for the program starting in August of 2012 is January 30, 2012..  This includes all materials, essays, recommendations, and examinations required for the Thunderbird Admissiosn process.
  • Date of Admission: August 2012.
