Learn how to navigate the oil and gas industry’s global changes, using cutting-edge interactive tools and interpersonal activities:

  • Cultural Assessments – learn about your cultural assumptions and assess personal cultural knowledge gaps, using Thunderbird’s cultural context inventory.
  • Role Play and Situational Analysis – participate in a negotiation exercise that incorporates leadership skills, strategy, cross-cultural communication, decision making and financial acumen lessons learned during the program.
  • Financial Performance Assessments –work with world-class faculty who are oil and gas industry experts to analyze and interpret the data you compiled on a series of financial worksheets prior to attending this continuing education training to evaluate your organization’s business and financial strengths and weaknesses.

Approximately 75 percent of any given Advanced Management Program participant group is comprised of non-U.S. managers, allowing you to further enhance your global management skills as you complete team exercises with peers from around the globe. Continuing Education Units (CEUs)

6.5 CEUs

CEUs provide a permanent record of the professional development training and non-credit enhancement activities of working executives who wish to stay current in global business. One CEU is equivalent to 10 contact hours of time spent at a qualified instruction site. Participants who complete this program earn 6.5 CEUs.
